ATTENTION MODULAR CITY BUILDERS!
ECF is a small family owned operation using the sale of our collection to fund our sons’ college education (CF stands for College Fund). We are LEGO® lovers and display it around our home and offices. We also take great pride in ensuring accuracy and completeness of our sets for sale, but it is possible to miss something occasionally.
For sale: We have a used Creator Expert: Green Grocer 10185. We will be listing the rest of the modular buildings as we are able. We have all of them since the first one.
All used sets we sell are from a single private collection in our family. Adult owned for display purposes in a smoke free home. Sets were NOT used for play. This beautiful, hard-to-find set is lightly dusty, but nothing some water and a good brush wouldn’t restore to full beauty. We did perform an initial cleaning to remove most of the dust.
Includes: Complete set (as far as we can tell), All (4) original mini figures, all (3) instruction booklets, and (1) original box.
Condition: The set is in overall great condition. There is some typical discoloration seen in photos on the usual colors (sand green, white, light grey), but nothing that distracts from the overall look.
The mini figures could be considered ‘new’ condition and look excellent.
Instruction books 1 and 2 are fully intact, while book 3 has the cover detached from the rest, but again-all in relatively good condition and fully functional if you decide to disassemble and reassemble. There are some hand written notes here and there in the booklets (seen in photos)
The box is in very good shape, with one small blemish on the top left front, and small crease in the side flap. One side is open, the other side has original seals intact.
Notes:
It appears to be 100% complete but I did not disassemble and perform inventory like I’ve done on smaller sets. It looks perfect as is when compared to images in the instructions, and I have a very detailed eye (down to the number of food items in the bins and flowers on the sills)
Shipping:
The original box will be stuffed with paper to maintain shape. If you choose not to keep the box, we can ship without and save on shipping costs! We understand that some people choose to display the box and others just recycle it.
Each floor of the building will be individually bubble wrapped and carefully arranged for flatter shipping size. We have shipped 300+ lego sets to date without issue, and err on the side of meticulous caution. All new bubble wrap, packing materials, and sturdy cardboard boxes are always used. All box joints are fully sealed with heavy duty tape.
